Singapore Arrival Card scams: use ICA and pay nothing

Free official channels

ICA says SGAC submission is free through its e-Service or MyICA app. It does not endorse paid commercial submission services ¹.

All official ICA websites and e-Services contain .ica.gov.sg. Similar design or a Singapore-themed domain does not make another page official ³.

ICA's warning

ICA has received reports from travellers who thought they were using the official form and were charged a processing fee. It warns that imitation sites may seek personal data ³.

ICA publishes a dated list of paid entities and sites. This page does not link to them ².

Before submitting

• Use ICA's link or MyICA ¹.
• Pay nothing for SGAC submission ¹.
• Submit within three days, including the arrival date ¹.
• Remember that SGAC is not a visa ¹.
• Keep the acknowledgement email and unique DE number ⁴.

If you paid

Submit or verify your card through ICA. Contact your card issuer if the charge was misleading.

ICA asks people to report fake sites to police through the anti-scam helpline 1800 722 6688 or the police reporting service ³.
